Transparent limitations
Current feeds can be delayed or incomplete. Historical wildfire mapping has size and reporting thresholds. FEMA regional metrics are not parcel-level predictions. Every result identifies its source and limits.

Property owners can use the profile to organize questions for insurers, inspectors, contractors, emergency managers, and land-management agencies. Buyers and renters can use it as one research input before making a decision. The calculator does not determine whether a property is safe, whether insurance coverage applies, or whether a future incident will occur.
